Most every country, city, and little village in the world celebrates Christmas. What is so sad is that a very large percent of those celebrating have no clue as to the origin or significance of Christmas Day.
The God of the universe loved us so much that He came to earth as man to give Himself as a blood sacrifice for our sins enabling us to enter into a relationship with the Holy God and live eternally with Him in heaven. Yes, Christmas Day is celebrating our awesome God, Jesus Christ’s birth in a lowly manger to become flesh just like us because of His LOVE.
Every time someone wishes you a “Merry Christmas” let that be a clue to proclaim the name of Jesus Christ. If the time and place affords itself, boldly let the Holy Spirit work through you by presenting the gospel message. Who knows, when you get to heaven, a saint might walk up to you and thank you for presenting the LIGHT of CHRIST to them in December 2009.
For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. Luke 2:11
Jesus Christ is a Christmas gift from God the Father; accept this gift and you will receive this promise as written in the Gospel of John.
My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me, and I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand. I and My Father are one. John 10:27-30

Rather you have a small hole in your sheetrock wall the size of a gold ball or a large one the size of a basketball, it can be repaired with just a few simple strokes.
First go to a new home sub-division, find a house that has just been sheet rocked and find a scrape a little larger than the hole you are going to repair. You will need some drywall tape, and joint compound. Gather up several tools such as a little keyhole saw, a small trowel, and drywall screws along with an electric drill.
Cut a square hole just a little larger than the one you are repairing and cut a new piece of drywall the same size as the new hole. To secure the new piece, use some metal drywall clips or screw some little strips of wood inside of the wall in order to have a backing to fasten the new drywall plug into.
Tape and float and let it dry overnight. The next day apply a final skim coat to fill in for the shrinkage. After this is dry, sand and apply your stipple. After the stipple is dry, you are ready to paint and admire the good job you have done and enjoy the money you have saved.

What are the consequences of surrendering my Life Insurance Policy? I’m very confused; will you explain this to me? Thank you, Deana
Thank you for your question, Deana. Let me give you a short explanation of “cash surrender valueâ€. Whole life, universal life and variable life insurance policies have a savings component which is also known as “cash or surrender value†or policyholder’s equityâ€. Term life insurance on the other hand does not build up a cash value.
Cash or surrender value consists of your basis in the policy plus any earnings the policy may have made. Should you voluntarily terminate the policy before its maturity date, the cash value or surrender value is what the company would pay to an annuity or the policy holder. Surrender cancels the policy altogether. The face value, or what is paid to the beneficiaries when death occurs to the insured, is always more than the cash surrender value.
Life insurance policy holders may borrow against the cash surrender value of the policy. However if this is not repaid while the policy holder lives, it will be taken from the proceeds before they are distributed to the survivor/s and /or beneficiary/ies. Outstanding loans that were collateralized with the cash value of the whole life policy will result in a reduction in the death benefits to the survivors or beneficiaries upon the death of the insured.
Some types of cash value life insurance policies such as variable and traditional whole life policies may not even allow you to withdraw from your cash value at all. If they do, it will usually be tax free up to the basis in the policy. If withdrawals are allowed, keep in mind that in the policy’s early years, there will be very little return when you compare it to the premiums you have paid because the premiums paid in are not enough for the life insurance provider to secure adequate interest to pay the holder any rewards..
The government has established norms for policy reserves that accrue from the life insurance premium. Check into your policy thoroughly to find out what is and isn’t allowed; make your decision after due consideration of the facts.

Admirers of my smooth fox terrier would like to acquire one of their own, but have a pair of rabbits in their back yard. My female fox terrier is
excellent with our “grand puppy”, but questionably behaved with our caged parrot. Since they are hunters, I have advised my friends against allowing a fox terrier any access to the rabbits, as it would be unfair to expect it to deny its breeding and character traits; and would be fatal to the rabbits for sure.
Even if the rabbits were constantly kept in their cage, the terrier would bark it’s shrill bark and run back and forth thereby harassing the bunnies and potentially causing them to hurt themselves or at the very least making them extremely nervous.

Most Asian cuisines feature a version of a “hot pot”—an Asian variation on fondue that invites diners to plunge bite-size veggies and other nibbles into a pot of simmering broth, then dip the just-cooked foods in a variety of sauces. Once the dipping course is done, rice noodles and bean sprouts are added to the veggie-seasoned broth to create a second course of comforting soup that’s garnished with fresh herbs. The experience makes for a fun party meal that’s exotic and elegant, but also light and healthful. Plus, a hot pot feast requires little advance preparation, since guests essentially do all the cooking at the table.

Halong Bay is one of the world’s natural wonders, and is the most beautiful tourist destination of Vietnam. Halong Bay features more than one thousand awesome limestone karsts and islands of various sizes and shapes along the 120-km coastline of Bai Chay Beach.
Its waters are host to a great diversity of ecosystems including offshore coral reefs, freshwater swamp forests, mangrove forests, small freshwater lakes, and sandy beaches. The folk tale has it that the dragons descended from heaven to help locals by spitting jewels and jade to the sea, forming a natural fortress against invaders; these precious stones are represented by the lush green outcrops. Several islands boast beautiful grottos and caves with contiguous chambers, hidden ponds and peculiar stone formations.
Halong Bay is about 170 kilometers northeast of Hanoi and 3,5 hours by road.
